Dr. Socrates Perez is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine trained in Jersey City Medical Center affiliated to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Perez was in solo practice in New York City from 1987 to 2002, affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital as attending physician in the Department of Medicine.
Our practice focusses on quickly and accurately diagnosing your symptoms so that we can create any effective treatment regimen. Dr. Perez practices preventive medicine which means that he encourages routine physicals, cancer screening, medical testings and maintaining a healthy life style in order to reduce the risk of illness.
